PULL TAB CARD

I made this card using Stampin Up using "Friends 24-7 stamp set, black embossing powder,light blue mesh, Paper Wishes "paper", Martha Stewart border punch, Tim holtz Alcohol Ink, and Stampin Up Scallop Circle Punch.
